What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature controls
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils
• check trays for menu and diet requirements and preferences
• store food and supplies properly
• process diet changes and maintain menus according to procedures.
