Junior IT Systems Engineer (Athena Support)

What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-level support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and hardware/software issues using Zendesk
• support Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Meraki network systems
• deploy and troubleshoot end-user devices
• manage routine athenaOne user access and administration
• assist with approved clinical, billing, and schedule configurations
• provide basic clinical workflow support
• document requests and procedures, protect PHI, and escalate complex issues
• assist with onboarding and technical training.
