The Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician — Utilities/Facilities role is onsite in Corsicana, TX, with compensation of $31–$42 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM. The technician supports Novolex’s manufacturing operations by maintaining plant equipment and facilities. The role troubleshoots and repairs electrical and mechanical systems to keep production equipment operating and reduce downtime. It also supports preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and safe, reliable plant operations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• perform or assist with motor, starter, drive, sensor, and circuit repairs
• use electrical testing and precision measurement tools
• read schematics and mechanical prints
• diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, belts, and chains
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments.

Why this role

Requires an industrial electrical degree or equivalent industrial experience. Boiler experience and current Boiler Operator Certification are preferred; PLC experience is a plus.
