What you'll do

• Coordinate daily job scheduling and assignments with the Supervisor or Foreman
• lead crew members and monitor productivity and work quality
• ensure maintenance discrepancies and actions are documented
• troubleshoot discrepancies and help determine maintenance actions
• help crew interpret maintenance manuals and SRM instructions
• ensure work follows approved maintenance data
• provide on-the-job training and identify training needs
• assist with assigned tasks and identify safety deficiencies.
