What you'll do

• troubleshoot software, PLC, and electromechanical faults
• respond to emergency calls
• provide breakdown and specialized maintenance support
• calibrate equipment
• track problems and repairs
• train customer teams as required
• maintain service metrics, safety procedures, reports, and parts records.
