What you'll do

• Model best practices for team members
• provide customer service
• follow team policies and procedures
• prepare sandwiches, including pulling meat, preparing vegetables, and baking bread
• maintain store cleanliness and food, workplace, and equipment safety
• slice and prep
• train team members and run shifts
• assist with recruiting efforts.
