IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist works onsite in Compton, California, supporting office and remote employees. Pay is $25.00–$32.00 per hour. The role strengthens employee productivity, system reliability, and secure technology adoption across Greenstone Meats. The specialist serves as a first point of contact for technical support and owns day-to-day issue resolution, onboarding readiness, endpoint support, and IT documentation. The work helps employees access reliable devices, accounts, software, and network services while maintaining accurate asset records and support guidance.

What you'll do

• Provide support through chat, email, and in-person channels
• configure and maintain computers, peripherals, mobile and handheld devices, and software licenses
• provision and deactivate accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and related systems
• troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, endpoint, operating system, and application issues
• maintain knowledge articles and guides
• track hardware, software, and assigned devices.
