What you'll do

  • Provide business operations and administrative support to financial advisors and support staff
  • open and track investment accounts and prepare onboarding paperwork
  • process rollovers, asset transfers, deposits, redemptions, withdrawals, checks, ACH, and wire transactions
  • place trades and maintain accounts across advisory, brokerage, annuities, SMAs, and Private Client Services
  • monitor portfolio expenses
  • maintain client documentation, compliance files, and transaction logs
  • prepare or collaborate on pre-sale packages and meeting kits
  • track activities in CRM systems.
