The physician will provide care at the main orthopedic clinic and main hospital campus, approximately 2.6 miles apart. The health system is an award-winning integrated delivery system, and its physician-led medical group serves patients across multiple specialties. The surgeon performs joint reconstruction procedures and manages individualized treatment from preoperative planning through postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education. The role contributes to coordinated orthopedic care through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation, committee participation, and occasional resident mentoring; light phone-based call is shared in one-week blocks among 18 providers.

What you'll do

• Perform joint reconstruction procedures, with ROSA robots available
• develop individualized treatment plans covering preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education
• manage approximately 24–28 pre- and post-operative patients on clinic days
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• maintain medical records in EPIC
• participate in monthly total joint committee meetings
• share light phone-based call in one-week rotations among 18 providers
• may mentor family medicine residents during rotations.
