This role exists to lead and direct ramp operations, providing training and instruction to ensure quality work. The Lead Ramp Agent interprets load sheets, oversees loading and unloading processes, and acts as a working manager to support the ramp agent team in achieving operational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct ramp employees, provide training and instruction, read and interpret load sheets, load/unload aircraft per customer instructions, operate ground support equipment, and assist ramp agents in performing their duties.
