Med Tech, Second Shift

Job overview

The Med Tech, Second Shift role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; pay is $19–$21 per hour, with a shift differential available. EOSIS provides behavioral health and addiction recovery services through treatment centers in Minnesota. Under nurse supervision, the Med Tech supports medication administration and patient care, working with nurses, counselors, and technicians to help maintain a safe, supportive environment for recovery and wellness.

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain medical records under nurse supervision
• verify patient identity and record medication and administration time
• present or administer medication according to procedures and observe ingestion
• may take vital signs or observe patient responses and report unexpected reactions
• record and restock medication inventories
• perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
