Line Cook – Salad Station

What you'll do

• Execute plate-ups during service and maintain the station
• prepare dishes according to recipes
• set up kitchen tools and equipment
• prepare and present food
• maintain inventory and restock as needed
• follow food-safety regulations
• participate in opening and closing procedures
• cross-train on multiple stations
• complete other duties assigned by the head chef or management.
