• Oversee foster parent licensing and relicensing, including compliance and approval of applications and home studies
• lead recruitment and marketing strategy for foster parents and the Therapeutic Foster Care program
• manage foster parent training, development, and ongoing support
• serve as the primary contact for foster parent issues
• collaborate with stakeholders and represent the program.
