What you'll do

  • Monitor government, industry, and trade association activity affecting pharmaceutical regulatory policies
  • draft and finalize comments to regulators and trade associations
  • represent the department in trade associations as needed
  • prepare concise reports
  • oversee productivity and development of assigned regulatory staff responsible for advertising and promotion compliance
  • guide promotional implementation strategies
  • support training and compliance with regulations, guidance, guidelines, and SOPs
  • present information to cross-functional groups
  • build relationships with stakeholders.
