Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager helps lead daily location operations and the team to maintain operational standards and an exceptional guest experience. The role supports staffing, labor, inventory, guest flow, safety, and execution of company initiatives.

What you'll do

• Run daily floor operations as manager on duty, including opening and closing, station coverage, and guest flow
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• supervise Leads and Slimetenders
• support hiring, coaching, scheduling, onboarding, and station certification
• enforce safety and compliance
• monitor labor, admissions, retail operations, inventory, and reporting
• partner on events and operational improvements.
