Multi-Unit Manager

The Multi-Unit Manager role is onsite in Utica, NY, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year. The position leads operations across 5–8 Dunkin’ and/or Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins restaurants for Cafua Management Company, a family-owned franchise operator with more than 200 locations. The role exists to guide restaurant managers and crews, maintain brand and food-safety standards, develop teams, and manage budgets and sales plans so the restaurants deliver strong guest service and meet operating goals.

What you'll do

• Lead overall operations for 5–8 restaurants
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop managers and crew
• manage budgets and cost controls
• ensure guest service, brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and applicable laws are followed
• monitor training
• support remodels and new openings
• lead team meetings
• coach managers on sales, marketing, labor, and food costs
• develop seasonal forecasting and sales action plans.
