Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator is primarily onsite at the Wooster, OH office, with work at the New Philadelphia office one day per week; occasional travel to other offices may be required. The coordinator helps clinical operations run consistently by organizing team information and administrative processes, responding to patient and family calls, and supporting quality and coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute daily care manager caseload reports and lab work
• maintain PTO, holiday, on-call, and attendance records
• coordinate meetings and record minutes
• respond to and document patient and family calls in the EMR
• prepare meeting materials
• review synchronization reports and communicate compliance concerns
• support payroll, audits, and administrative projects
• assist other teams and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
