Civil Construction Superintendent

The Civil Construction Superintendent role is onsite in Ferndale, WA, with project locations that may vary across Washington; travel throughout Washington and Idaho is preferred. Compensation is $130,000–$170,000 per year. The superintendent supports IMCO Construction’s heavy civil projects and its focus on integrity, excellence, and safety. The superintendent oversees field construction to meet design, safety, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. The role leads craft workers and field supervisors, coordinates project execution, and promotes safe, productive work while supporting team development.

What you'll do

• Supervise craft workers and manage safety, quality, productivity, and schedule requirements
• mentor assistant superintendents and foremen
• assist with baseline schedules and updates
• drive field schedules and coordinate craft work
• coordinate subcontractor field supervision and adherence to safety and schedule requirements
• lead weekly safety meetings, daily toolbox talks, and JHA reviews
• develop craft, material, and equipment schedules
• attend project cost, production, and owner meetings
• promote security and protection of people and property.
