Automotive Store Manager

The Automotive Store Manager role is onsite in Louisville, CO, with a Monday–Saturday, five-day workweek and eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pay is $80,000–$130,000 per year. The manager leads Big O Tires’ Louisville store and its customer-facing automotive service operations. The manager directs daily store operations, develops the team, and drives sales and profitability while maintaining customer-care, merchandising, and operational standards. The role contributes to the store’s business goals and Big O Tires’ aim to be a preferred tire and auto service retailer in its community.
