What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• develop strategies to attract maritime professionals
• source through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry associations
• post job advertisements
• screen resumes and interview candidates
• coordinate interviews
• partner with hiring managers and HR on offers
• maintain ATS records and candidate pipelines
• represent NSC at recruiting events
• follow employment laws and company policies.
