What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
• maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes
• recommend menu items and engage guests
• enter orders into the POS system
• handle cash and card transactions
• set up, stock, and clean the bar
• garnish and present beverages
• assist bar guests with food orders
• follow health, safety, and sanitation requirements
• report equipment issues
• complete blind cash drops
• assist with food running, bussing, and hosting as needed.
