What you'll do

• Train and mentor field teams on company procedures
• support project-team execution of procedures
• lead the safety program
• maintain project status awareness
• conduct monthly field audits and attend scheduling and OAC meetings
• maintain construction quality through closeout
• lead scheduling processes
• collaborate with preconstruction, project executives, and senior project managers
• review schedules, site logistics, subcontractor agreements, and owner contracts
• travel among division projects.
