What you'll do

• Prepare and review patient charts and records
• assist APRNs with documentation and note preparation
• identify missing documentation and follow up
• coordinate patient schedules, follow-ups, and referrals
• communicate with facility staff
• obtain records and patient information
• enter information accurately in EMR systems
• track outstanding notes and tasks
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
