What you'll do

• Clean offices, bathrooms, kitchens, program areas, and common spaces
• remove garbage
• prepare floors for stripping and waxing
• perform minor repairs
• move and store furniture, equipment, and deliveries
• clear snow from sidewalks and entrances
• paint and maintain equipment as required
• report safety, security, or operational concerns
• drive staff or clients between sites when necessary
• perform cleaning and maintenance at other sites when needed
• serve on-call for one week each quarter.
