Warranty Administrator

Job overview

The Warranty Administrator role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, with Monday–Friday hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours may vary with business needs. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The role is part of CRST’s Maintenance Team and supports fleet maintenance operations. The administrator processes manufacturer warranty claims, reconciles vendor payments, and maintains documentation to support timely warranty recovery. Coordination with vendors and internal shops, trend review, and audit-ready records help identify eligible claims and support fleet performance.

What you'll do

• Submit documented warranty claims and review chargebacks
• process vendor payments and reconcile statements
• follow up on short-paid amounts
• gather repair information from vendors and internal shops
• arrange parts returns
• monitor warranty trends, recalls, and campaigns
• review repair history and component data for claim opportunities
• assist with labor-time audit processes
• maintain audit-ready claim documentation.
