What you'll do

• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and change management
• coordinate with superintendents, hospital stakeholders, clinical staff, infection prevention teams, design partners, and trade contractors
• oversee documentation, budgets, phasing plans, and issue resolution
• lead complex phased projects in occupied facilities
• guide preconstruction logistics and phasing
• mentor assistant project managers
• maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory readiness.
