What you'll do

• Respond to assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area. Replace components such as hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
• perform whole-unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals as needed. Close service tickets in real time using the client call management system and company-provided phone. Maintain reliable transportation for service across the metro and surrounding areas.
