What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes and menu specifications. Cook or assist with cooking, monitor food quality and temperature, and operate grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops safely. Clean and organize kitchen areas and equipment
• follow sanitation, food storage, allergen, and waste procedures. Restock supplies, monitor inventory, rotate stock using FIFO, and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
