What you'll do

• Develop and implement plans to improve office operations, patient experience, performance, and profitability
• lead and support office managers and teams
• oversee budgets, production goals, financial reporting, and cost controls
• monitor KPIs, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and patient retention
• partner with doctors and office leadership on staffing and development
• identify growth opportunities
• ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and dental regulatory compliance
• improve workflows and team communication.
