What you'll do

• Operate the front desk, scan membership cards, handle calls and member communications, provide accurate program and facility information, process memberships and registrations, collect scholarship applications, support retention and fundraising efforts, open and close the facility, respond to emergencies, maintain branch cleanliness and safety, and follow YMCA policies and privacy requirements.
