What you'll do

• Prepare estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and prenuptial agreements
• handle estate and trust administration
• conduct legal research and advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters
• advise on corporate matters and prepare formation and governance documents
• develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional advisors
• manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
