The Center-Based Behavior Technician (Entry Level) is an onsite role located in Gresham, OR, with a pay range of $19-$24 per year. This position supports the Centria Autism team in providing specialized care to children on the autism spectrum. This role exists to provide direct ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, helping children develop critical communication, social, and school readiness skills. The technician follows individualized treatment plans, collects behavioral data, and assists with caregiver training to ensure consistent progress for each client.

  • collect and summarize data on client behavior

  • maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
