What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes
• execute guest tickets accurately
• use kitchen equipment efficiently
• maintain food safety, presentation, and ticket-time standards
• stock and break down line stations
• follow food storage, sanitation, temperature logging, and safety procedures
• maintain kitchen cleanliness.
