Speech-Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist works with partner schools in Columbus, OH; optional evening clinic hours are available. Compensation is $37.44–$43.38 per hour. Total Education Solutions provides customized education and therapeutic services for children and adults. The pathologist delivers speech services aligned with client plans, conducts evaluations, documents progress, and communicates with families and school teams. The role supports student success through coordinated school-based therapy and may include optional clinic hours for additional hours or variety.

What you'll do

• Provide speech services aligned with each client’s IEP or Plan of Care
• administer evaluations and assessments and prepare written reports and Plans of Care
• maintain accurate records and provide progress updates and recommendations regarding IEPs
• communicate progress to families, teachers, school administrators, district personnel, and other service professionals
• maintain IDEA compliance and ASHA ethical standards
• train in telehealth practices and platform.
