Job overview

The Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist role is center-based in Pflugerville, TX. Compensation is $15.25 per hour during training for non-certified candidates and $21–$25 per hour for Registered Behavior Technicians, based on experience and qualifications. BrightPath Behavior provides play-based ABA therapy to help children develop skills and reach milestones. Working under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, the specialist implements individualized therapy plans, supports skill development, tracks progress, and adjusts strategies as directed. The role contributes to clients' communication, social, and self-help skills and their progress toward individualized goals.

What you'll do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans
  • implement behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies under BCBA guidance
  • address problem behaviors and teach functional skills
  • collect progress data and maintain session records
  • communicate with team members
  • adjust interventions as directed
  • maintain confidentiality
  • obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire or provide proof of completion.
