Hospice Music Therapist

What you'll do

• Assess and evaluate therapeutic status and the home environment
• direct music therapy treatment
• identify priority needs
• report patient reactions or condition changes to physicians
• instruct caregivers and personnel on relevant program goals
• prepare clinical and progress summaries
• consult with families as appropriate
• and participate in case conferences, in-service education, orientation, and quality improvement activities.
