Credit and Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to customer questions about bills, service, rates, and energy programs
• analyze usage, billing, and account information
• manage delinquent accounts, notices, payment arrangements, and service discontinuation decisions
• conduct on-road collections and related service actions
• schedule service and meter work with dispatch
• support fuel assistance and LIAP processes
• work with DPS and PUC on customer issues
• maintain telephone productivity measures
• identify process improvements.
