Team Leader, Dermatology Clinic

The Team Leader, Dermatology Clinic role is onsite in Erie, CO. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. Epiphany Dermatology’s mission is to improve access to dermatology services and provide exceptional patient care in underserved markets. This developmental leadership role supports clinic staff and patient-facing operations while preparing qualified staff for possible consideration for a Clinic Supervisor position after 12–24 months. It contributes to consistent patient service, clinic processes, and access to care.

What you'll do

• Coach clinic staff on patient service
• assist with training and onboarding
• support consistent execution of company processes
• provide regular coaching on customer service, attendance, and basic performance
• ensure patient-experience practices are followed
• manage patient scheduling
• review and approve time cards
• help resolve patient and family complaints and escalate sensitive issues
• monitor supplies
• support compliance, privacy, PHI safeguards, and OSHA safety requirements
• and maintain reliable onsite attendance. Required training programs include Clinical and Front Office Preceptor training within 30 days and the Rising Suns leadership development program within 12 months.
