What you'll do

• Review accounts and identify opportunities to renew customer agreements
• contact customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts
• listen and help resolve issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
• schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins
• go into the field to pick up product and distribute door hangers
• manage customer interactions by phone and computer.
