What you'll do

• Provide attentive hospitality, build rapport, anticipate guest needs, and personalize service.
• Learn the menu and recommend food, beverages, and pairings.
• Enter orders accurately and communicate details to the kitchen and bar.
• Balance multiple tables, resolve guest concerns, collaborate with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen teams, maintain a clean section, handle payments accurately, and follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
