What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and common areas through mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and cleanup
• prepare vacant homes and homesites for move-ins
• complete routine maintenance and resident repair requests
• perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic construction repairs
• assist with water and sewer line repairs and property improvement projects
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• monitor vendor work as needed
• communicate property conditions and maintenance priorities to the Community Manager.
