What you'll do

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients at SAC Health System.
• Work within a team-based model including behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and work with them on individual health and wellness plans.
• Affiliated with Loma Linda University Health, allowing patients access to world-class care.
