The role helps maintain a safe, high-quality early education program and may assume leadership responsibilities when the Director is absent.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations and compliance

• maintain communication with parents about children’s progress
• help lead teachers and support staff
• assist with curriculum improvements and program evaluations
• manage records and reporting
• support budget and enrollment processes
• and act for the Director in their absence.
