What you'll do

• Build lifecycle programs across activation, booking, visit completion, follow-up, medication renewal support, retention, reactivation, and winback. Design patient communications across email, SMS, push, in-app, and other channels
• map patient journeys, triggers, segments, and next-best actions
• partner with product, engineering, data, clinical operations, and compliance
• develop AI-assisted communication workflows
• run experiments
• monitor funnel and retention metrics
• and establish quality assurance, consent, and compliance processes.
