GTI Fabrication supports customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems through custom fabrication and integration. The manager owns customer programs and coordinates sales, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and customer teams to deliver orders and product launches. The role tracks schedules, budgets, specifications, quality plans, and production capacity to support successful and profitable execution.

What you'll do

• Own customer order book-to-bill processes
• track cross-functional progress
• coordinate production launches
• manage phase-gate releases
• communicate customer requirements and forecasts
• develop build plans with project managers, production, and engineering
• manage schedules, costs, quality plans, and status reporting
• resolve roadblocks
• maintain regulatory compliance
• oversee order execution and profitability.
