What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform receptionist duties, including mailing, faxing, and filing
• create a welcoming environment
• maintain office equipment and supply inventory
• conduct skin evaluations and design treatment plans
• collaborate with dermatologists and plastic surgeons on preoperative and postoperative exams
• recommend services based on current treatments and trends
• perform facial massages, microneedling, and laser procedures
• prepare treatment rooms
• use electronic medical record systems for documentation and scheduling
• maintain Georgia esthetician licensure.
