The Registered Nurse (RN) — Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care role is onsite in Lexington, KY, with a full-time schedule and weeknight hours of 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay is $37–$48.75 per hour, with shift differentials where applicable. Hartland Park Health and Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing and long-term care. The RN delivers resident-centered nursing care, plans and evaluates interventions, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates with families and the care team. The role also documents care, reports changes in condition, and supports CNA assignments and rehabilitation coordination.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to practice standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
- plan and monitor interventions
- evaluate outcomes and adjust interventions
- educate residents and families
- administer medications and treatments
- transcribe orders and document progress
- report changes in condition
- follow skin-management protocols
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation
- and monitor CNA documentation and assignments.
