What you'll do

• Provide customer care to veterinary patients and clients
• schedule appointments and gather patient and owner information
• prepare and complete client and patient forms
• check clients in and out
• discharge patients and review paperwork
• enter charges and reminders
• present medications and instructions
• collect fees and process payments
• assist with cash drawer counts and end-of-day transactions
• sell and explain veterinary merchandise.
