The Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room role is onsite in Asbury Park, NJ. Local pay is $62–$67 per hour; traveler pay is $66–$71 per hour. The role supports perioperative care at the facility in Neptune, New Jersey. This nurse provides care throughout surgical procedures, develops and evaluates care plans, documents patient care, and coordinates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other team members. The position includes every-other-weekend and holiday work as needed, with on-call coverage after 90 days.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for surgical patients
• assess needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• document care
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• support endovascular, spine, neuro, orthopedic, and orthopedic trauma procedures
• follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements
• float to like units and the ASC as needed
• participate in on-call coverage after 90 days and work every other weekend and holidays as required.
