What you'll do

• Respond to client requests by phone, online, and in person
• maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams and third parties
• educate clients on basic processes
• assist with fraud prevention and product selection
• service loan renewals and transactions
• coordinate and review required documents
• process receipts and disbursements
• research account issues
• support office coverage, events, mail, supplies, and building maintenance coordination.
